Keeping your billing information up to date is easy with Trexity!
Adding or Updating a Credit Card

Log in to your Merchant Portal.

Go to the Billing section in the menu.

Review your billing terms and add or update your payment information for your primary location.

Click Save when you're done.
✅ Important:
You must have a credit card on file for your primary location to post deliveries.
Note:
When you create a new location, you’ll be asked to enter a credit card.
You can use the same card as your primary location if you want!
Billing Across Multiple Locations
If you have more than one pickup location, you have two options:

Default option:
All deliveries across all locations will be billed to the credit card saved under your primary location. -
Optional:
You can add a different credit card for each location. We'll charge the appropriate card based on where the delivery is picked up.
To add a card for a specific location:

Click Locations in the menu.

Choose the location you want to update.

Scroll to the Credit Card section and enter the payment details.
