When setting up a delivery, you'll be asked to enter the recipient's phone and email information. This information is required and allows:
- The courier to call the customer upon arrival with any questions regarding their address, unit, or buzz code.
- Trexity support to reach out and help ensure successful delivery
- Trexity to automatically send customers notifications (via SMS and/or email) and a tracking link with important information to ensure successful delivery.
