When you post deliveries on Trexity, two sets of delivery hours apply:
1. Trexity’s Operating Hours
These are the hours when Trexity couriers are available in each service city.
Deliveries can only be picked up and delivered during these times.
9 AM - 9 PM across each of our markets.
2. Your Store’s Delivery Hours
You can customize the times you’re available for courier pickups in your Merchant Portal.
To set your delivery hours:

Log in to your Merchant Portal.

Click on Locations in the sidebar.

Select the location you want to update.

Scroll down to Delivery Hours.

Set your pickup availability for each day of the week.
Tip:
Your delivery hours should reflect when someone is available onsite to hand off deliveries —
they don’t need to match your public store hours.
Important!

Deliveries will only post if both your store’s delivery hours AND Trexity’s operating hours are open.

If your store hours are longer than Trexity’s operating hours, deliveries will still only post within Trexity’s available window.
