If you've bundled deliveries together and then need to change any of the following, you must unbundle the entire route, make the necessary changes and then attempt to bundle again:
- Delivery address
- Pickup information/location
- Delivery Requirements
Unbundling an entire route:
This will split it apart into new, single delivery routes where you will be able to change any field.
- Go to the Routes view of the merchant portal
- Click on the route ID that you want to unbundle
- Click on the delivery's order ID
- At the top of the page, click the Unbundle this route button
- Each unbundled delivery will be moved to its own route and saved as draft. Once changes are made, you can go through the bundling process again to create new, optimal routes. If you had already printed labels for the deliveries, you must print labels again as they will no longer be valid.
