We recommend printing labels and attaching them to the packages just before pinging drivers.
If you make any address changes, or have unbundled a route that you have already printed labels for, you must re-print labels for any deliveries affected by this.
A good rule of thumb is if any information shown on the Trexity label changes, you should reprint your label. This includes:
- Route IDs
- Order IDs
- Delivery addresses or instructions
- Recipient names
When in doubt, check your label status.
Example:
You have a route containing 5 deliveries, one of your customers request an address change.
Step 1 - Unbundle the entire route, make the change, and re-bundle into new routes.
Step 2 - Re-print labels for every delivery as the new routes will be different.
