How do I prepare my deliveries for pickup?
To ensure a smooth pickup experience, follow these steps when preparing your Trexity deliveries:
1. Prepare Packages Before Pickup

Packages must be ready and labeled before the courier arrives.

You can save deliveries as drafts in the portal until you're ready to bundle or schedule them.
2. Attach Trexity Labels

After setting up deliveries in the Merchant Portal, print your Trexity delivery labels.

Attach labels clearly and visibly — for example, on top of a box or near the handles of a bag.

Important: Couriers cannot accept packages without a Trexity label.
3. Label Each Package in Multi-Item Orders

If one order includes multiple packages, each package must have its own Trexity label.

You can set the number of labels when scheduling the delivery.

4. Organize Packages by Route

Sort packages into groups by Route ID.
