You can add additional locations to your Trexity account, depending on where those locations are based. The options below explain what’s supported and how to proceed.
Adding an additional location within the same city or zone:
If your additional business address is within Trexity’s pickup zone for your current city, you can add it as a secondary location under the same merchant account.
How to Verify Your Zones:
- Visit the Trexity Zones page at https://merchant.trexity.com/zones
- Enter your business address in the search field
- Review the map on the right-hand side to confirm service availability
- Below the map, use the toggles to view supported:
- Pickup zones
- Delivery zones
- Extended delivery zones
Zoom in on the map to see the pricing associated with your coverage zone
How to Add a Secondary Location:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Admin > Locations > Add Location
- Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*)
- Click Create Location
Important to know:
Each location can have its own hours and delivery settings, giving you flexibility as your business grows within the same city.
How to add a secondary location in a different city:
If your merchant account is based in one city (for example, Ottawa), you won’t be able to add a location in a different city (such as Toronto) under the same account.
To operate in a different city:
- You’ll need to create a separate merchant account
- Visit Trexity Signup, enter your business information, and click Create Account
