Couriers can verify the status of their delivery challenges directly within the Trexity Driver App. Challenge outcomes are indicated to confirm whether all requirements have been met.
How to Check Challenge Status:
To review the status of a challenge:
- Open the Trexity Driver App
- Navigate to the Bonuses section
- Review the following categories:
- Active Challenges – Ongoing challenges currently in progress
- Previous Challenges – Completed or expired challenges
Each challenge will display one of the following statuses:
Completed
- Indicates all challenge requirements have been successfully met
- Courier is eligible for the associated bonus payout
Expired
- Indicates the challenge timeframe has ended before all requirements were fulfilled
- No bonus is awarded
