We're excited you're interested in delivering with Trexity! Getting started is simple—just follow the steps below to join our courier community.
Step 1: Download the Trexity Driver App. - You can find our app on both iOS and Android.
- Download on the App Store (iOS devices)
- Download on Google Play (Android devices)
Step 2: Sign Up Through the App
- Open the Trexity Driver app.
- On the login screen, tap Sign Up.
- Complete the required fields with your personal information.
- Submit all necessary documents through the app.
- Tap Sign Up to submit your application.
Once submitted, our team will review your application. When a courier spot opens in your city, we'll approve your account and email you the next steps.
Step 3: Enable Location & Notifications
To ensure you receive delivery requests and real-time updates, please grant the following permissions when prompted:
- Always allow location access (used to match you with nearby deliveries).
- Enable notifications (used for delivery alerts and updates).
To check or update permissions:
iOS (iPhone)
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Location Services.
- Ensure Location Services is turned ON.
- Scroll to find and tap Trexity Driver.
- Under Allow Location Access, select Always.
- Make sure Precise Location is also turned ON so you’re matched with nearby deliveries.
Android
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Location.
- Tap App Permissions or App Location Permissions.
- Find and tap the Trexity Driver.
- Choose Allow all the time.
Note: The exact path may vary slightly depending on your phone model and Android version.
Some devices might show this as Allow in background—make sure that option is enabled.
You may be required to complete a background check: If so, you will receive an email from one of our trusted partners—Certn or Triton—with instructions to complete the process.
Step 4: Complete Virtual Onboarding
Once your account is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your 15-minute virtual onboarding session. This is your chance to learn the basics.
