As a courier on our platform, we believe in full transparency around how you're paid. This guide walks you through the components of your earnings, so you know exactly what to expect before accepting a trip.
Upfront Trip Information
Before accepting a delivery request, you'll see an Upfront Trip Summary. This includes:
- Earnings for the route
- Pickup location(s) and drop-off location(s)
- Distance from your current location to the first pickup (Blue Section)
- Total route distance from the first pickup to the final drop-off (Middle Section)
- Estimated total time from acceptance to final drop-off
- Note: A large order bonus is added when you accept and complete a “Large Order”. A large order does not mean delivering large-sized packages, but rather delivering multiple packages to one location. You will be paid for each additional label dropped off at one location.
We may calculate your pay based on a few key things: how long the delivery will take, how far you need to travel, and how many stops are involved.
If none of the proposed routes work for you, it’s perfectly fine to decline—just make sure not to accept anything you can’t complete. Trexity expects that all accepted deliveries are completed in full.
If you accept an order that may require a return to the business location, you will be paid for time and distance. This will be calculated after you input a return in your app and finish the corresponding route.
Earn Tips Through the App – Customers have the option to tip you directly through the tracking link, both while their package is out for delivery and after it has been delivered. Please do not request tips, as they are entirely voluntary and at the discretion of the customer.
