How loyalty status is determined
Your loyalty status is evaluated on a rolling basis using several performance metrics, including:
Completion rate (based on your last 100 accepted deliveries)
Misdeliveries (tracked over the last 14 days)
Delivery instructions followed (tracked over the last 14 days)
Suspensions and business complaints
Lifetime and recent delivery volume (for higher tiers)
Your status can change as your performance improves or declines.

Minimum requirements
Completion rate ≥ 30% (last 100 accepted deliveries)
Misdeliveries: 0 (last 14 days)
Delivery instructions not followed: ≤ 2 (last 14 days)

The percentage of deliveries you complete after accepting them.
Unassigning or renouncing deliveries lowers this rate.
Acceptance rate
The percentage of delivery offers you accept while online.
There is no minimum acceptance rate requirement, but completing what you accept is essential.
Delivery accuracy
Misdeliveries and failure to follow delivery instructions are tracked over a 14-day period and can prevent advancement to higher tiers.
