Maintaining a strong performance as a courier is essential for ongoing success on the Trexity platform. Your courier rating plays a significant role in determining your standing and access to high-value delivery opportunities. Here's everything you need to know about how your rating is calculated and what it means for your status on the platform.
Courier Standing: What It Means
Trexity uses your courier rating to categorize your account status:
- Elite: You are getting the highest priority on high-paying routes based on exclusive access to the highest bonuses and incentives tailored to boost your earnings.
- Good Standing: You get priority access to high-paying routes and increased delivery opportunities.
- At Risk: You may receive a warning or risk temporary or permanent deactivation from the platform.
Your goal should be to remain in Elite to maximize your earnings and reliability.
How Your Rating Is Calculated
Your rating is dynamically calculated based on several key performance metrics. These include:
- Completion Rate: The percentage of your last 100 routes that you accepted and successfully delivered.
- Acceptance Rate: The percentage of routes you've accepted out of the last 100 offered to you.
- Suspensions: We track any suspensions you may have received in the last 30 days. Misdeliveries: The number of misdeliveries you’ve had in the last 30 days.
- Business Partner Complaints: This includes how many business partner complaints you've received in the last 30 days.
- Delivery Volume: The number of deliveries you’ve completed in the past 30 days also impacts your rating.
To learn more about the requirements in your specific market, simply:
- Open the Trexity app.
- Tap the “?” icon next to your status badge.
- Then select “What does this mean?” for a breakdown of the performance metrics that apply to you.
Note: The thresholds and rating criteria mentioned above are subject to change. We’ll always keep you informed of updates via the app.
This will help you understand exactly what’s expected in your area and how to maintain Elite Standing.
If your rating causes you to move between tiers (e.g., from Good Standing to At Risk), you’ll be notified via push notification through the Trexity app.
