- Scan every package — only take packages that scan successfully and show a green confirmation.
- Need help? Contact support if a label is missing or scanning fails.
Drop-off Best Practices:
- Use the map in your app to navigate.
- Double-check the address before delivering — incorrect drop-offs may lead to deactivation.
- Follow delivery instructions (e.g., leave in cooler, don’t ring bell).
- Always scan the correct package before handing it over — green screen = correct.
- Mention the business's name, not Trexity, when greeting the customer.
