We recommend choosing a phone number where you or your team can be reached at all times, as this number may be used for time-sensitive delivery-related issues.
Adding or Updating Your Phone Number:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Admin > Locations > Contact
- Enter or update your number in the Contact Phone field
- Click Save contact details

Keeping this number up to date helps ensure couriers and support can reach you quickly if action is needed during a delivery.
