Your customer’s tracking link allows them to follow their delivery in real time. You can access the tracking number through your Merchant Portal and use it to retrieve the tracking page directly.
Accessing and Viewing Tracking Links:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Routes and search for your customer’s order.
- Open the route and scroll to the bottom to locate and copy the Tracking #.
- Visit Trexity’s Tracking website and enter the tracking number to access the live tracking page.
Important Note:
Once the order is scheduled:
- Your customer automatically receives their tracking link via email and SMS.
- They will receive notifications when the order is:
- Scheduled
- Out for delivery
- Five minutes away
- Delivered
You typically do not need to manually send the tracking link unless requested, as notifications are sent automatically.
If a customer reports that they did not receive tracking updates, verify the contact information on the order and confirm the delivery status in your Merchant Portal.
