Direct delivery is designed for time-sensitive or high-priority orders that require the fastest and most reliable delivery option, with minimal delays. This service is designed to have packages picked up and delivered directly to the recipient without any additional stops.
How Direct Delivery Works
- A courier is assigned exclusively to your order
- No batching or consolidation with other deliveries; The courier proceeds from pickup to drop-off; no unrelated stops are made.
- Schedule anytime between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
- Merchants can click “Ready for Pickup” once their orders are ready.
When to Use Direct Delivery
- Delivery address is outside Same Day or Next Day zones
- The order is time-sensitive or urgent
- The customer is actively waiting for the delivery
- You’ve committed to a specific delivery time (e.g., before 12 PM)
- Speed and reliability are top priority
