Before your courier arrives, make sure every package is properly labelled and ready for handoff. This helps ensure a smooth pickup and avoids delays or additional charges.
Label Requirements
- Every package must have a unique, valid Trexity label with a fully visible and undamaged QR code.
- Each label must correspond to an individual package — one label per package.
- Trexity is not liable for issues caused by missing, damaged, or incorrect labels. Label accuracy is your responsibility.
Pickup Readiness
- All packages must be fully assembled and ready for handoff before the courier arrives.
- Couriers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes from arrival. If the order is not ready within this window, the courier will log their departure and move on.
- A full cancellation fee applies and the order will be rescheduled for the next available pickup time.
Good to know: If you anticipate your order won't be ready in time, we recommend cancelling and rescheduling for a time when it will be fully prepared. This avoids cancellation fees and keeps your courier on schedule.
