The EC-907 error appears when our system detects that you previously had a Trexity account that was suspended.
Trexity’s system is designed to prevent new account creation for users with a previously suspended account. When you attempt to sign up again:
- The system identifies your information as linked to a suspended account
- The new account is flagged and automatically rejected
- Repeated sign-up attempts will continue to be blocked
