The EC-908 error appears when our system detects that you already have an existing active account registered on the platform.
Trexity’s system is designed to prevent duplicate accounts. When you attempt to create a new account using information that matches an existing account:
- The system identifies the account as a duplicate
- The new account creation is blocked
- You will be required to continue using your existing active account
Important Notes:
Only one active account per courier is permitted.
