You can save deliveries as drafts in the Merchant Portal either manually or by importing a CSV file. Drafts let you prepare delivery details without setting a time, so nothing is scheduled until you're ready.

Save a Draft Manually

Go to the Merchant Portal.

Click New Delivery from the menu.

Fill in the delivery details.

Leave the delivery time fields blank to save it as a draft.

Scroll down and click Create.
Your draft will appear in the Routes view.
When You're Ready to Schedule the Delivery

Go to the Routes view.

Click the Route ID of the draft.

Select Edit.

Add the pickup and delivery time windows.

Click Update to schedule the delivery.
Note: A delivery is only scheduled once time windows are added. Until then, it stays as a draft and is not dispatched.
Save Drafts by Importing a File
You can also upload deliveries using a CSV file.
If no time windows are included, the deliveries will be saved as drafts automatically.

To schedule them, edit each draft and add the required time windows.
Tip: Use Default Settings for Faster Drafts
Set default pickup notes, delivery notes, and delivery requirements per location. These apply to all future deliveries from that location.
Also, make sure each location’s delivery hours are up to date.
