Schedule a Trexity Pickup to a ChitChats Warehouse

Trexity and Chit Chats have partnered to make shipping easier for small businesses.
Now you can schedule a Trexity pickup directly from your business location and have your packages delivered same-day to the nearest Chit Chats warehouse.

Scheduling a Pickup

Follow these steps to schedule a pickup through Trexity to a ChitChats warehouse:

1. Create your shipment with ChitChats 

   • First, log in to your ChitChat account and schedule your delivery. 

2. Create your Trexity Pickup 

   1. Log in to your Trexity account.

   2. Click "Create New Delivery".

   3. Select your delivery service level and a pickup window. 

   4. Set the drop-off location as your nearest ChitChats warehouse.
      * If you do not see ChitChats locations displayed in a drop-down menu when scheduling a pickup in your Trexity account, please contact merchant@trexity.com. Be sure to also consider the hours of operation of your ChitChats warehouse.*

3. Print and Attach Labels

   Each package being shipped through ChitChats must have its own ChitChats shipping label.
   This label is required for ChitChats to process and send your item to its final destination.

   Each Trexity pickup also requires a Trexity label for courier tracking and first-mile delivery.

   If you’re sending multiple small packages to ChitChats:

   • Print a ChitChats label for each individual package inside the shipment.
   • Place all those smaller packages together in one larger bag or box. Attach one Trexity label to the outside of that bag or box — this label covers the pickup and transport to ChitChats.
   • The total weight of the bag or box must be under 40lbs and manageable for a courier to carry.
   • If the combined weight is over 40lbs, separate your shipment into two bags or boxes and attach one Trexity label per bag.

4. Track Your Delivery

   • Track your Trexity courier in real time, from pickup to the ChitChats warehouse.

*NOTE: Each package or bag must weigh under 40 lbs and fit in a standard-sized sedan*

Trexity delivery rates depend on:

• Distance from your business to the Chit Chats warehouse 

• Number and size of packages ($2 label fee for every additional label)

• Chosen delivery type (Direct or Everyday)

View your Rate:

1. Enter your pickup and drop-off locations.

2. Select your delivery type (Direct or Everyday).

3. You’ll see your live rate estimate at the bottom of the screen before scheduling your pickup.
