How do I put a route on hold, cancel it, or delete it?
You can manage your deliveries in Trexity by placing routes on hold, canceling, or deleting them—depending on their status. Here's how each option works:
Putting a Route on Hold
You can place a route on hold if it has been posted but not yet accepted by a courier. This will pause courier notifications and keep the delivery in your portal until you're ready to reschedule.
To put a route on hold:
-
Log in to https://merchant.trexity.com.
-
Go to the All tab or In Progress tab.
-
Click the Route ID for the delivery you want to hold.
-
If the Put on Hold button is active (not greyed out), click it.
Outcome: The delivery will stop pinging couriers and stay in your portal for future editing or rescheduling.
Canceling a Delivery
You can cancel a delivery at any point before it’s completed. Cancellation fees depend on the stage of the delivery.
To cancel a delivery:
-
Log in to https://merchant.trexity.com.
-
Go to the All tab or In Progress tab.
-
Click the Route ID for the delivery you want to cancel.
-
Hover over the Cancel button to review the cancellation fee based on the delivery stage:
-
Draft or Waiting for a courier to accept: No fee.
-
Accepted by courier but not picked up: Partial fee may apply.
-
Courier at pickup: Higher fee may apply.
-
Courier has picked up: Full fee applies. Courier will be notified to return the package.
-
-
Click Cancel, then confirm.
Outcome: The delivery will be canceled and any applicable fees will be applied based on delivery progress.
Deleting a Route
You can delete an entire route and its associated deliveries only if the route hasn’t been posted or completed. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
To delete a route:
-
Log in to https://merchant.trexity.com.
-
Find the Route ID in the All tab or search directly.
-
If the Delete Route button is active, click it and confirm deletion.
Outcome: The route and all deliveries within it will be permanently removed from your portal.
