Delivery Types
There are 3 types of routes that Trexity will offer you. Each type has varying time commitments to help fit into your schedule.
- Single deliveries are just that - they involve one pickup and one drop off. You will navigate to one business location, pick up one or multiple packages, and deliver them to only one location.
- With bundled deliveries, you’ll pick up multiple packages from a single business location and complete multiple drop-offs around the city.
- Lastly, Trexity offers Multi-Business deliveries, which are also referred to as Tours. You may be offered deliveries from a few businesses going along the same route. Tours include multiple pick-ups and drop-offs, which will provide other earning opportunities.
You may be assigned deliveries from the following types of businesses: Retail, Meal Prep, Florist, Pharmacy, Bakery, Alcohol, Pet Store, and Vape/Tobacco.
Please note that some types of deliveries have specific requirements. If you don’t have the requirements, those delivery opportunities won’t be made available to you.
Receiving a delivery
You'll receive a push notification in the app five minutes before a Delivery Drop begins. This gives you a heads-up so you can prepare.
Simply open the Trexity Courier App and tap “Start” to go online. Once you’re online, you’ll be eligible to receive route proposals during the drop.
Choosing Route Proposals
- During the Delivery Drop, you’ll be presented with multiple route proposals. Here’s how it works:
- First Come, First Serve: Routes are claimed quickly, so be prompt.
- Limited Time to Respond: Each offer will only be available for a short window.
- Select One Only: You can only choose one of the available offers.
- Choose the route that best fits your availability and location.
If none of the proposed routes work for you, it’s perfectly fine to decline—just make sure not to accept anything you can’t complete. Trexity expects that all accepted deliveries are completed in full.
If you decline or ignore offers, Trexity will assume you're unavailable and may pause sending you route proposals for a short period.
