Once you’ve accepted a route in the Trexity Courier App, it’s time to pick up your deliveries. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth pickup experience.
Step 1: Navigate to the Business
After accepting a route, your screen will display the route details. Tap “Open in Maps” to get directions to the business location. Make sure to arrive promptly to keep deliveries on schedule.
Step 2: Follow Business Instructions
Each business may have specific pickup instructions, so always review them carefully. Examples include:
- Picking up packages from a designated area (e.g., bay 5 at the back of the building)
- Ringing the doorbell upon arrival
- Parking in a specific spot
Pro Tip: These instructions are there to make your pickup quicker and easier—be sure to follow them closely.
Step 3: Identify Yourself Clearly
When you arrive:
- Introduce yourself as a Trexity courier
- State the specific route number you are picking up
Example Script:
“Hi, I’m Ray with Trexity, here to pick up route W5L.”
Clear communication helps businesses locate and hand off their packages more efficiently.
Step 4: Scan Packages
Use the app to scan the QR code on each package. You will receive a green confirmation for every successfully scanned package.
Only take packages that have scanned successfully.
If:
- A package is missing a label
- You’re having trouble scanning
Please inform the on-site staff that a label is required to complete the package pickup. If they are unable to provide one, contact support for assistance.

The Trexity Courier App is your go-to tool during every delivery route. Use it for:
- Navigation
