In this short video, we'll explain what Delivery Drops are, how they work, and the times in each region.
What are Delivery Drops?
Delivery Drops lists all routes you are eligible for at set time intervals throughout the day, simply choose the best one for you. The first courier to accept the offer gets it, and it will be removed from all other couriers’ lists.
If you accept a route and then renounce it, we will assume you’re no longer available, and you will not be eligible for routes for a set amount of time.
Offers expire after a set amount of time (See Delivery Drop timer in your Trexity Courier App) or until a courier accepts it, after which we will propose any new routes you are eligible for. You can only choose one offer per cycle if eligible.
Delivery Drop Times
These are the best times to be online and ready to deliver. Once you accept a route from a Delivery Drop, head to the first pickup right away. Always refer to your Courier App for updated Delivery Drop times.
