My account status currently shows as “At-Risk.” why?

Your at-risk status is automatically applied when certain issues are detected with your delivery performance. While your account is at risk, your access to delivery offers may be limited. Below are the possible reasons for this status and what you can do to improve it:

Types of At-Risk Infractions

1. Misdelivery: Triggered when the system detects a misdelivery using GPS data and drop-off photos.
   • Duration: 7 days
   • Impact: Limited access to delivery offers.
   • Details: No details about the customer or order are shared.
   • How to Improve: Complete more deliveries and avoid future infractions.
2. Failure to Follow Delivery Instructions: Applied when drop-off photos show that delivery instructions weren’t followed.
   • Duration: 7 days
   • Impact: Limited access to offers.
   • Details: No details about the customer or order are shared.
   • How to Improve: Carefully follow delivery instructions, complete more deliveries, and avoid infractions.
3. Business/Vendor Complaint: Applied when a complaint is submitted by a business/vendor.
   • Duration: 7 days
   • Impact: Limited access to offers.
   • Details: Merchant names and locations are not shared.
   • How to Improve: Maintain professional conduct, complete more deliveries, and avoid complaints.
4. Unprofessional Behaviour: Triggered by a complaint related to conduct or professionalism.
   • Duration: 7 days
   • Impact: Limited access to offers.
   • Details: The identity of the complainant is not shared.
   • How to Improve: Maintain professionalism and complete deliveries without incident.
5. Renouncing Tours/Routes: Applied when multiple routes are renounced within your last 100 accepted proposals.
   • Duration: Based on recent activity; no fixed end
     Impact: Limited access to delivery offers.
   • How to Improve: Avoid renouncing accepted tours and consistently complete deliveries. 

What happens after 7 days? 

After 7 days, your account will be reviewed. If no further issues are found, your status will be restored, and full access to delivery offers will return.
