Payouts are handled through Stripe, and most issues can be resolved by updating your information or contacting your bank. If you’re unable to resolve the issue, please contact support@trexity.com for further assistance.
Common Payout Issues & How to Resolve Them:
- Multiple Bank Accounts: If you have more than one bank account, this can cause payout issues. Please remove any additional accounts and update your primary banking information using these steps:
- Open the Trexity app and tap the menu icon (top left).
- Select Advanced.
- Tap Manage Bank Details.
- Enter the email address linked to your Trexity account.
- Enter the verification code sent via SMS.
- Tap the pencil icon next to your current bank information to edit.
- Enter your new bank details: account number, transit number, and institution number.
- Bank Declining Transactions: Your bank may decline payouts for various reasons. Please contact your bank directly to resume payouts.
- Incomplete Information: If Stripe doesn’t have all your required banking or identification information, payouts may fail. Navigate to the following links below to update your information accordingly.
