Here’s everything you need to know about updating your pickup zone to your new city:
If you’re relocating within Ontario, you can update your pickup zone directly through your app.
Follow these steps to update your pickup zone:
- Open the Trexity app and log in.
- Go to your Profile.
- Scroll to “Your Details” and select Pickup Zone.
- Tap Change, then use the drop-down to choose Toronto or Ottawa-Gatineau.
- Tap Confirm Selection to save your changes.

To update your pickup zone to a new city, you’ll need to provide a document showing your new address, such as your driver’s license or insurance. Once your address is updated, you’ll receive an email prompting you to re-upload the required documents:
- Driver’s license
- Insurance
- Proof of work eligibility
- Photo of the rear of your vehicle
Once everything is submitted and approved, you’ll be able to resume deliveries in your new city.
