If you need to add a new delivery to an existing batch, you’ll first create the delivery as a Draft, then unbatch and re-batch your routes.
Steps to Add a Delivery to a Batch
Create the new delivery
In your Merchant Portal, click New Delivery.
Enter the required details and click Create.
The delivery will now appear in Drafts.
Unbatch your existing routes
Go to Routes and find the batch you want to update.
Select the check box and go to Actions menu and select Unbatch.
This will return the deliveries in that route back to Drafts.
Re-batch your deliveries
In Drafts, select all the deliveries you want in the updated route, including the new one.
Click Batch to generate the optimized route.
Review costs and confirm the new batch.
Reprint shipping labels
Since batching changes route IDs and labels, you must reprint shipping labels for every delivery in the new batch.
Attach the updated labels to your packages before pickup.
Important
Labels from the old batch cannot be reused once you unbatch and re-batch.
Always double-check your Drafts list to confirm the new delivery is included before scheduling the batch.
