Batching your deliveries lets Trexity optimize routes for faster service, fewer courier trips, and reduced congestion at your store or warehouse. This ensures smoother operations and lower costs.
Before You Begin
Make sure:

All deliveries have been imported into your Trexity portal (they will appear under Drafts).

Addresses and order details are correct.

You’re ready for customers to receive delivery notifications.

Steps to Batch Deliveries

Filter by location (if needed)

If you manage multiple locations, use the Filter option to select the correct one.

Select deliveries to batch

Manually select deliveries one by one.

Or click Batch to let Trexity automatically optimize all deliveries in your Drafts.

Review your Batch settings
-
Routes are optimized to be completed within 4 hours.

Each route allows a set maximum number of packages (e.g., 8).

Choose your pickup window

Select the date and time for courier pickup.

(Optional) Enable Staggered pickup for high-volume routes.

When enabled, Trexity posts 10 routes every 30 minutes to reduce courier congestion.

Review and confirm (recommended)

Choose Review and confirm before scheduling and click Generate Batch.

You’ll see:

Total cost

Cost per delivery

Potential savings

If batching a small number of deliveries increases costs, cancel the batch and send them as singles.

Schedule your batches
-
Click Schedule Batches when you’re happy with the results.

Download your shipping labels now or later.

After Scheduling
-
A summary will confirm your batch actions.

Deliveries will move from Drafts to Scheduled.

If your orders are ready earlier than expected:

Open the route, go to Actions > Post Batch to send immediately.

To make changes:

Open the same menu and select Unbatch to add packages or adjust routes.

Note: Labels will change and must be reprinted.

Customers receive email notifications once batching is complete.

Pricing is based on route time and distance using historical traffic patterns, not courier drive time.
