We recommend printing and attaching shipping labels just before posting batches to couriers. This ensures the labels match the most up-to-date route details.
If you make any changes after printing, you’ll need to reprint the labels for all affected deliveries.
When to Reprint Labels
Reprint your labels if any of the following change:
Route IDs
Order IDs
Delivery addresses or instructions
Recipient names
👉 A good rule of thumb: If any information on the Trexity label changes, reprint the label.
Example
You have a batch containing 5 deliveries. One customer requests an address change.
Unbatch the route, update the address, and re-batch the deliveries.
Reprint labels for every delivery in the updated batch, since new routes and IDs will be generated.
Pro Tip
When in doubt, always check your label status in the portal. If the details don’t match your updated delivery information, reprint before posting.
