Delivery Drops show available delivery routes at specific times each day. Here’s how to use them:
How Delivery Drops Work:
- Available delivery routes appear in your Trexity Courier App at set times.
- Accept a route quickly—the first courier to select a route gets it.
- Each courier can only select one route per Delivery Drop.
- If you accept a route and later cancel, you’ll temporarily lose eligibility for new routes.
- Offers expire after a short time—check the timer in your app.
Delivery Drop Times:
Be online 10-15 minutes before the delivery drop times for the best opportunities:
Ottawa/Gatineau:
- Weekdays: 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm
- Weekends: 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm
Toronto:
- Weekdays: 8:30am, 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm
- Weekends: 8:30am, 10:30am, 1:30pm
Winnipeg:
- Weekdays & Weekends: 9:30am, 1:30pm
Calgary:
- Weekdays: 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm
- Weekends: 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm
Edmonton:
- Weekdays: 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm
- Weekends: 10:30am (Saturday deliveries start at 8am)
Vancouver:
- Weekdays: 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm
- Weekends: 9:30am, 1:30pm (Langley deliveries start at 6:30am on Wed & Thu)
