You can customize how delivery data appears in your Trexity dashboard by adjusting visible columns, filtering results, and saving custom views. This helps you stay organized and focus on what matters most to your business.

Customizing Your Delivery Portal View
Go to the Deliveries tab
Log in to your Trexity Merchant Portal and click on the Deliveries tab in the left-hand menu.Click “Customize Columns.”
Find the gear icon ⚙️ (top-right of the delivery list).
Click it to open the Customize Columns panel.
Choose Columns to Show or Hide
Check the boxes next to the column names you want to display.
Uncheck any that aren’t relevant to you.
Drag to Reorder Columns (Optional)
Click and drag column names up or down to change the order they appear in your table.
Apply Filters (Optional)
Use filter options like Delivery Status, Delivery Date, or Driver to narrow your view.
This helps you focus on specific types of orders.
Save Your View
After customizing columns and filters, click Save View in the top-right.
Name your view (e.g., “Pending Orders” or “Completed Today”).
Your saved view will be accessible anytime from the view dropdown menu.
Switch Between Views
Use the dropdown at the top of the Deliveries tab to toggle between saved views.
