You can update your brand logo directly from your Merchant Portal. Keeping your logo up to date ensures your branding appears consistently across customer-facing touch points.
Modifying your Brand Logo
- Log in to your Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Admin > Profiles & Users > Profile
- Scroll to Branding > Logo URL
- Paste your logo’s URL into the field provided
- If needed, update your brand colour and preview how your logo will appear
- Click Save Profile to apply your changes
Good to know:
- Your logo is pulled from the URL you provide, so make sure the link is publicly accessible.
- Changes take effect once saved and will reflect anywhere your branding is displayed.
