You can update your business hours directly from your Merchant Portal. Keeping your hours accurate helps ensure couriers arrive when your team is available and that deliveries post correctly.
Updating your Business Hours
- Log in to your Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Admin > Locations > Manage > Delivery Hours
- Under Time Windows, click the pencil icon to edit an existing time range, then click OK to save
- To add a new time window, click the + button
- Click Save Delivery Hours to apply your changes
Important to know:
- You can set different time windows to reflect breaks, split shifts, or varying daily schedules
- Changes take effect immediately once saved
