Your primary location is created automatically when you sign up, using the address you provided.
Keeping its details and hours up to date helps drivers find you and makes sure deliveries are only scheduled when you're open. If a delivery's pickup or drop-off time falls outside your hours, the portal won't let you post it.

How to set your delivery hours:
- On the same location page, go to Delivery Hours.
- Click a time window to change its start and end times, or click + to add another window (up to 4 per day, e.g. if you close for lunch).
- To mark a day as Closed, remove all of its time windows.
- Click Save delivery hours.
Trexity operates from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Deliveries post only when your store’s delivery hours fall within that window.
- Inside both windows: If your store is open 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, deliveries post across that whole range.
- Outside Trexity’s hours: If your store is open until 9:00 PM, deliveries stop posting at 8:00 PM.
Posting a delivery means making it available to couriers so one can be dispatched for pickup.
Good to know
- Each location has its own delivery hours.
- The time windows you set for a location can’t overlap each other.
Tip: Keep your delivery hours within 7:00 AM–8:00 PM so you don’t miss pickups.
To check your timezone, go to the Advanced section of the location page.
You'll need a verified phone number and a credit card on file before you can post deliveries for a location. Go to this article to learn how to add a payment method.
