You can update your business industry directly from your Merchant Portal. Keeping this information up to date helps ensure your account details accurately reflect your business and supports a smoother overall experience.
Updating your Business Industry
- Log in to your Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Admin > Profiles & Users > Profile > General > Industry
- From the drop-down menu, select the industry that best describes your business
- If your industry isn’t listed, choose Other
- Click Save Profile to apply your changes
Important to know:
- Updating your industry does not affect existing deliveries
- You can revisit and change this selection at any time as your business evolves
