How do I change my login email or password?

You can update your login email or reset your password directly from your Merchant Portal. The process is designed to keep your account secure while making updates straightforward.

Changing your Login Credentials

  1. Log in to your Merchant Portal
  2. Navigate to Admin > Profiles & Users > Profile > Login

To change your email address:

  1. Click Change Email
  2. Follow the on-screen verification steps to confirm the update

To update your password:

  1. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address
  2. Click OK to receive the reset email and follow the instructions provided

  • Email changes require verification to protect your account.
