Trexity’s operating hours are from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
To ensure deliveries post correctly, your store’s delivery hours must overlap with Trexity’s operating hours. This alignment helps prevent missed pickups and ensures couriers are dispatched during your operating hours.
Important to know:
- Deliveries will only post when both your store’s delivery hours and Trexity’s operating hours overlap. For example, if Trexity operates from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM and your store is open from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, deliveries can be fulfilled during that shared timeframe.
- If your store hours extend beyond Trexity’s operating hours, deliveries will only post within Trexity’s operating hours. For example, if your hours fall outside of Trexity’s operating hours (e.g., open until 9:00 PM), deliveries will not post or be fulfilled during those times.
How to Set Your Delivery Hours
- Log in to your Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Admin > Locations
- Click Manage and select the location you want to update
- Scroll to Delivery Hours
- Set your pickup availability for each day of the week and save your changes
