Merchants can remove users from their account through the Merchant Portal.
This ensures that only authorized individuals have access to account features and data.
To remove a user from your account, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Admin
- Select Profiles & Users
- Click on Other Users
- Locate the user you wish to remove
- Click Delete next to the user’s name
Good to know:
If you need to add the user again, you can do so at any time.
