Merchants can reset their account password directly through the Merchant Portal. A password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with the account.
To reset your password, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Admin
- Select Profiles & Users
- Click on Profile
- Under Login > Password, select Change
- A pop-up will appear confirming that a password reset email will be sent
- Click OK to confirm

If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
