How do I set up a secondary location?

Trexity allows you to manage multiple locations under a single account, making it easy to operate and track deliveries across different sites.

Adding a Secondary Location:

  1. Log in to your Merchant Portal
  2. Navigate to Admin > Locations > Add Location
  3. Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*)
  4. Click Create Location to save

Once created, the new location will be available for delivery creation and can have its own hours, contact details, and settings.

Important to know:

  • Each location can be managed independently within your account
  • Changes take effect as soon as the location is created
