Trexity offers two user roles to help you assign access based on how team members interact with the platform.
Staff Users
Team members who regularly use the Merchant Portal to:
- Upload and create deliveries
- Manage and track orders
- Support day-to-day delivery operations
This role is best suited for employees involved in fulfillment or operations.
Important Note: Staff Users are limited to accessing only one location.
Accounting Users
Team members responsible for financial or accounting-related tasks within your business, such as:
- Reviewing invoices
- Managing billing information
- Supporting accounting or reconciliation processes
This role is designed for users who need visibility into financial details rather than day-to-day delivery management.
