Yes. Batches can be marked Ready for Pickup at any time once they have been created — even outside your originally selected pickup time.
How to Post a Batch (Mark Ready for Pickup):
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Routes > Scheduled.
- Select the batch you want to post.
- Open the route and click Mark Ready for Pickup.
Once marked ready, the batch is released for courier pickup.
Important Notes
- Only mark a batch ready when all packages are labeled, prepared, and organized.
- Posting early does not guarantee earlier pickup, but it signals that your batch is ready.
- Ensure staff is available on-site to supervise pickup when the courier arrives.
