To reschedule one order within a batch, you must first remove it from the batch. The order will return to Draft status, where you can reschedule it.
Remove the Order from the Batch
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Routes > Scheduled.
- Select the batch containing the order.
- Click Edit.
- Click the × (remove icon) next to the order you want to reschedule.
- Confirm your changes.
The removed order will move back to Draft status.
Reschedule the Order
- Go to Routes > Drafts.
- Open the removed order.
- Select your preferred Service Level and Pickup Time.
- Review the details.
- Click Confirm Delivery.
Important Notes
- Orders must be removed from the batch before they can be rescheduled.
- If editing options are unavailable, the order may already be locked for pickup.
