If you have multiple locations under your account, you can choose which location to dispatch from when creating a delivery.
Scheduling from a Secondary Location:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Click New Delivery.
- Under Pickup Information, select your desired pickup location from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your delivery details.
- Choose your Service Level and Pickup Window.
- Click Confirm Delivery to finalize.
Important Note:
- Only locations already added to your account will appear in the drop-down.
- If you do not see your secondary location, ensure it has been properly set up under Admin > Locations.
- Each location maintains its own delivery hours and defaults.
