How can I schedule a delivery from a secondary location?

If you have multiple locations under your account, you can choose which location to dispatch from when creating a delivery.

Scheduling from a Secondary Location:

  1. Log in to your Merchant Portal.
  2. Click New Delivery.
  3. Under Pickup Information, select your desired pickup location from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter your delivery details.
  5. Choose your Service Level and Pickup Window.
  6. Click Confirm Delivery to finalize.

Important Note:

  • Only locations already added to your account will appear in the drop-down.
  • If you do not see your secondary location, ensure it has been properly set up under Admin > Locations.
  • Each location maintains its own delivery hours and defaults.
