You can download all labels for a batch directly from the Merchant Portal once the batch has been generated.
Downloading Labels for a Scheduled Batch:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Routes > Scheduled.
- Select the batch.
- Click Download Labels (top left corner).
All labels for that batch will download together.
Downloading Labels Immediately After Creating a Batch:
- Once a batch is generated, a pop-up will appear prompting you to download the labels.
- You can choose to download them immediately or return later to download them from the Scheduled tab.
Important Notes
- Labels are available as soon as the batch is successfully generated.
- Ensure labels are printed and attached to all packages before courier pickup.
- If labels were updated or modified, re-download them to ensure accuracy.
