You can remove an individual order from a scheduled batch before pickup.
How to Remove an Order from a Batch:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Routes > Scheduled.
- Select the batch containing the order.
- Click Edit.
- Click the × (remove icon) next to the order you want to remove.
- Confirm your changes.
The removed order will return to Draft status, where you can edit, reschedule, or cancel it.
How to Cancel the Removed Order:
- Go to Routes > Drafts.
- Open the removed order.
- Click Cancel Delivery.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Important Note: Orders can only be modified or removed before they are scheduled for pickup.
