How far in advance can I schedule a delivery?

You can schedule deliveries weeks, months, or up to one year in advance.

Scheduling Deliveries

  1. Log in to your Merchant Portal.
  2. Click New Delivery.
  3. Enter your delivery details.
  4. Select your Service Level and Scheduled Window.
  5. To schedule further out, use the date selector to choose a future month or year.
  6. Click Confirm Delivery to finalize.

Important Notes

  • Orders can be scheduled up to 12 months ahead.
  • You can view or manage scheduled deliveries anytime under Routes > Scheduled.
