You can batch multiple deliveries together to streamline pickups and optimize routing.
How to Batch Multiple Orders:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Routes > Drafts.
Select the individual orders you want to include in the batch.
(A minimum of 7 deliveries is required to create a batch.)
- Choose your desired Pickup Time.
- Review the batch details, including total cost and cost per delivery.
- Click Generate Batch.
- If everything is correct, click Schedule Batch to finalize.
- Once scheduled, download and print the batch labels.
Good to know:
- When deliveries are batched, only certain fields remain editable.
- You can unbatch a route at any time if changes are needed (e.g., updating an address or adding another package).
- Shipping labels will update automatically if you unbatch and re-batch.
